Towards opioid access without excess

The world faces two opposing crises: 

1. Lack of opioid access in low-income countries 
2. Opioid addiction epidemic in wealthy nations

The pain divide is real: while some suffer without essential pain relief, others face a devastating addiction crisis. A fairer global health system is possible. Pain relief should not be a privilege!
